Process Engineer (Based in Vietnam)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide engineering supports to production for continuous improvement in existing process to optimize yield, hours per thousand, quality and other productivity factors.
• Conduct process standardization, process capabilities, establish process control and analyse process flow.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and establish solutions to improve on process flow and productivity yield.
• Maintain procedure as per TS16949/ISO 9001 requirements.
• Monitor and improve the performance of machinery and processes to insure the process capability in producing parts to certification.
• Involve in the transfer of new product and/or process line.
• Install, maintain, convert and initiate user acceptance of production machinery.
• Assist in participating in EHS activities and to ensure compliance to the law or customer requirements.
• Participate in external audit preparation.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping at production area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Electronic/Mechanical or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity and industry.
• Demonstrates strong planning and organising skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge in manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in handling ISO/TS16949 will have an added advantage.
