The company provides technical, professional and construction services, as well as scientific and specialty consulting for a broad range of clients globally, including companies, organizations, and government agencies.The company is publicly traded as a company.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe operation of the rock phosphate beneficiation plant and maintaining desired concentrate production and grades to achieve plant targets.
Identify opportunities to enhance plant performance through debottlenecking of the plant process. Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the plant.
Communicate with various vendors regarding plant improvement projects.
Developed process flowsheets for secondary ore processing plant.
Developed alternative vendors for high-value reagents, such as fatty acids and flocculants, to obtain better pricing and performance, and participated in plant reagent trials, evaluating their performance.
Conducted plant process surveying/auditing whenever required, testing, and preparing reports along with highlights and recommendations for different sections.
Involved in the commissioning and trials of new process plant equipment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mineral/ Chemical/Petroleum
