Process Engineer Coordinator / Battery Module

Interface and coordinate with the planning, industrialization, and construction teams. Challenge and optimize layouts, industrialization, robustness, cycle times, processes, material/information flows, back-up processes, and redundancy. Support the ramping up of technologies and clusters. Coordinate the development and implementation of processes and tools for achieving targets, in line with the overall methods and systems of the central plant management function. Coach during planning and supplier meetings, as well as production colleagues. Guarantee that all relevant process databases are set up, up to date, and maintained (e.g., MAPP, TAKT[board], SABs, SERA, MicroStation, SharePoint, and Process BI), and ensure that all needed documentation is created and available (e.g., work instructions). Implement and improve material and information flows, lineside presentation, and adherence. Coordinate change management (to the production and with other functions, such as Method Functions). Ensure reduction in quality issues, waste, and business costs by improving ergonomics, process stability, and utilization. What should you bring along? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industial Engineering, Production Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field 5 + years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing change Fluent English.
