Process Engineer (Heat Treatment)

Responsibilities: ▪ To ensure all production process meeting customers quality specification requirement ▪ To ensure all operational comply with safety requirements ▪ To ensure all production line maintenance are carry out in according to maintenance plan and fulfil the quality and safety requirement ▪ To ensure all Operation Instruction (OI), FMEA included process KPOV and KPIV. ▪ Evaluate the OI inspection process PFMEA+ and improve the severity scoring ▪ Establish all OI and update CMR when there is change ▪ Design and analysis process capability including metallurgical analysis ▪ Responsible for customer quality complaint improvement and 8D report Sub Specialization : Engineering;Others Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 2 Years Work Location : Johor If you encounter difficulties, please click here for technical assistance.
