Wat ga je doenThe Process Engineer drives the development of new products and projects. He/she oversees the initial design phase of systems or plants, which involves thorough engineering by the process discipline and documentation across various deliverables like the Heat & Material Balance and PFD. Before moving on to creating P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and other necessary documents, while actively participating in Process Safety Reviews like HAZOP.During the procurement phase, detailed design, and fabrication/testing/commissioning of the system, the Senior Process Engineer provides support as needed. This support may involve producing detailed documents for compliance, conducting functional testing, or documenting operating procedures, as well as providing on-site assistance if required.As a Senior Process Engineer at this company, you operate within a highly dynamic environment. Whether it’s standalone electrolyzers for Click & Play applications or modular designs aimed at delivering green hydrogen on a gigawatt scale to support the decarbonization of industries like steelmaking or fertilizer production, the company remains at the forefront of development. As all systems undergo further improvements and preparations are made for new series of systems suitable for even larger-scale solutions, the company seeks an experienced Process Engineer that drives these developments forward. Jouw werkzaamhedenDevelop process designs for entire systems, whether it’s the companies electrolyzer system ready for immediate use or a complete plant, with input from third-party engineering consultants if necessary;Produce Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, devise control strategies, participate in Hazard and Operability Studies, and specify critical balance of plant components for hydrogen generating systems;Collaborate with other teams within the company, as well as with clients and external parties, to ensure design consistency;Create manufacturing and service procedures to support the assembly, installation, and ongoing operation of electrolyzer products;Gain a thorough understanding of all the companies products’ designs and functions to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for hydrogen generation systems;Lead projects aimed at reducing equipment costs and improving efficiency;Act as the Responsible Engineer, coordinating testing and deployments of new or modified technology with internal teams;Interface with vendors to assess their offerings, gather key information for troubleshooting, or implement improvements;Provide guidance and technical expertise to component and automation engineers on system operation and equipment functionality;Offer support to the construction management team in drawing development and permitting activities as needed;Review operational data and construction/assembly drawings to assist field service personnel in complex troubleshooting efforts;Represent the company in a professional manner during all interactions.Wat heb jij in huis?Hold a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in chemical, process, or industrial engineering;Possess a minimum of five years of experience working in a process design environment;Able to travel occasionally;Proficient in computer/software skills relevant to the position, including but not limited to Unsim / Hysys, Autocad, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio;Driven and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to follow-through;Capable of managing complex projects and effectively multitasking;Set high standards of professionalism, prioritizing quality design & documentation and operational safety;Demonstrate analytical abilities with strong attention to detail;Professional verbal and written communication skills;Possess dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.Wat bieden we jouEen salaris van €4.700 - €6.700 p.m.;[aantal] vakantiedagen per jaar;Uitgebreide groene pensioenregeling;Volg kosteloos sessies via het welzijnsplatform empowr;Opleidingsbudget van €2.000;Een persoonlijke Career Coach;Gratis deelname aan bijvoorbeeld de Marathon van Eindhoven of de Strong Viking Run;Werken bij het groenste detacheringsbureau van Nederland;Mogelijkheid tot overname door opdrachtgever.De organisatieJoin a pioneering company in the field of Green Hydrogen.
