Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. The Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Duties

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Utilize CAD software, such as Creo, to create detailed designs and layouts for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct project scheduling to ensure timely completion of engineering projects.
• Program robots and integrate automation solutions into assembly line operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues related to tooling and equipment.
• Design and implement vision inspection systems to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Fabricate prototypes and conduct testing to validate process changes.
• Maintain documentation of processes, changes, and results for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly line processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Creo.
• Experience with project scheduling tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of tooling design and implementation in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.
• Familiarity with robot programming and automation technologies.
