TheRapid Asset Deployment (RAD) organization is growing globally to improve ourresponsiveness to our customers. OpsTech Solutions manages IT infrastructure and end user equipment deployedacross Amazon network globally. We are looking for an Industrial Engineer, whowill work closely with engineering, operations and customer solutions teams toimprove the quality of processes.

They will be responsible for monitoring,reporting, and investigating operational process health. They will be thetechnical owner, taking full ownership of process issues, identify root causeand develop corrective actions. Key job responsibilities - Develop and maintain PFMEA and control plans throughout the life cycle of aprocess.

Use PFMEA to identify potential failures, their effects, andimplement preventive actions. - Own disposition of defective equipment by developing metrics and maintain aquarantine cage. Drive the resolution of issues identified.

- Manage the processproduct quality audit program. Document audit findingsand ensure proper corrective actions are taken. - Define and own the quality metrics reported daily to the leadership team.Ensure the metrics are accurate, relevant, and drive continuous improvement.

- Perform root cause analysis on customer issues, provide effectivecorrective actions and drive them to completion. - Manage change management requests and obtain approvals from appropriatestakeholders. - Serve as the primary quality contact on the production floor.

Communicaterelevant quality-related details at the start and end of each shift. - Assist in and facilitate process improvement initiatives, providing subjectmatter expertise and support. - Assist in the roll-out of new processes and equipment by performing qualityinspections and trial runs.

- Own and develop standard policies and procedures for processes withinoperations. Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and followed consistently. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in operationsmanufacturing industry - Experience developing and driving strategic initiatives within a cross-functional environment - Experience using Quality Management System as well as managing QualityAudit Programs.
