Process Engineer (Semiconductor Backend Equipment Process)

Candidate Profile:Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in process engineering with a precision equipment manufacturer.Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Material/Production)Experience in Process Design and control in semiconductor equipmentStrong in statistical tools, SPC, DOEKey Responsibilities:Define and Document Equipment process requirements and specifications.Perform Process characterization to optimize critical process paths to meet equipment specifications.Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and conduct process capability studies Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance Equipment capability. Review, simplify and optimize Internal Buy-Off specifications for equipment together with Quality Assurance Department.Support Equipment manufacturing activities by helping to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues
