Job Description Process Engineer Supervisor (35K – 40K) (SDG-115497)หัวหน้าวิศวกรกระบวนการ Duties & Responsibilities: • Analyze and design the production process for CNC. (Design and write code G-CODE, M-CODE)• Calculate the production cycle time for each process.• Suggest solutions to turning process issues to meet production design requirements. (understand engineering drawing)• Evaluate the capability of machinery to determine if it can produce the work.• Select tools for processing various types of materials.• Prepare production process information for use in improving development.• Others as assigned. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:• วิเคราะห์และออกแบบกระบวนการผลิตสำหรับ CNC (ออกแบบและเขียนโค้ด G-CODE, M-CODE)• คำนวณเวลาในการผลิตสำหรับแต่ละกระบวนการ• เสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการกลึงเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการในการออกแบบการผลิต (ทำความเข้าใจแบบวิศวกรรม)• ประเมินความสามารถของเครื่องจักรเพื่อพิจารณาว่าสามารถผลิตงานได้หรือไม่• เลือกเครื่องมือสำหรับแปรรูปวัสดุประเภทต่างๆ• จัดเตรียมข้อมูลกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อใช้ในการปรับปรุงการพัฒนา• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย Job Requirement Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-38 years• Male only• Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field• At least 5 years working experience Production Engineer, Process Engineer in any manufacturing.• Management experience 2 years to control subordinate as Senior level.• Advance conversation middle of English.
