YOUR ROLE Responsible for Process technology&process assurance & following up key account quality improvement initiative and troubleshooting, driving internal team continuous improvement. Including typical issue root cause analysis driven. Work closely with internal team to troubleshooting the issues.                           Responsible the Scale-up processing in Yantai from PD or PDE to meet the marketing requirement. Responsible for process engineering of project transfer from other plant to Yantai.                   Responsible ME technical documents management.Participate in Henkel SHEQ management system, ROHS,5S system, ISO 9001/ISO 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 related ManagementRequirements and Continuous Improvement.      YOUR ROLE CANOFFER YOUPersonal career development by special project & optimization projects.Coordinator & teamwork with Henkel multiple departments.Systematic training opportunities to adapt to thisrole. YOUR SKILLS Master degree with Chemical related major.0~1 working experience, fresh graduated student is also welcomed.Oral English is workable.Good communication skills and a good team player.
