Process Engineer, WWTP, KJNEE

We are now looking for a Process Engineer for JNEE. In Pulp & Paper, our application expertise, latest technologies for data-driven process management, digital services and a complete chemistry portfolio help our customers enhance their sustainability, process efficiency, productivity and end-product quality. This position will be based in Yanzhou Kemira. In this role you will be responsible for: Implement the company management policy and target, and ensure the realization of the company EHSQ management goal; Ensure the plant is running smoothly, efficiently and safely, to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. ensure routine operation meet the requirements both in company and authority; Manage lab to ensure that all works in the lab is adequately recorded and documented so that full and accurate reports can be provided and effectively communicated; Develop processes to track and optimize productivity and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets; Collect sewage plant operation parameters and analyze to improve the treatment efficiencies. Responsible for the establishment of equipment and operation documents, guide sewage plant equipment maintenance and operation; Responsible for technical improvement to ensure the action is rationality, effective, reliability and meet the requirement of Kemira’s policy. Responsible for root cause analysis of non-conformity and executive of corrective and preventive. Responsible for the data input on global platform of EHSQ on time, such as EHSQ KPI monthly performance report and Sphere.
