Job Description Process Engineering Vacancies – JAPANLooking for 2 Process Engineers to start immediately and 6 Process Engineers to start in Jan in Japan on extendable 3 month contracts working on Chemical Plant project.Experience in Chemical plant and especially SYNGAS would be desired and at least 3 years Process Engineering experience and upwards.Duties and Responsibilities:Work as a member of technical team to provide process engineering support for design and operations.Participate in PreFEED/Feasibility Study, FEED, EPC and SAT studiesPerform process modelling using AVEVA PRO/II Simulation ,Heat Exchanger calculation : HTRI Xchanger Suite ver. 9.1 and Steam Balance simulation : Petro-SIM ver.7.3Perform equipment sizing calculations (Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks etc.)Perform design and operations engineering calculation using in-house technical computing tools and design tools for hydraulic calculation, PSV.Prepare Process Data Sheet, Process Flow Diagram, Utility Flow Diagram, Block Flow Diagram, Design Flow Plan, Marked-up P&ID, Heat&Material Balance, Cause and effect chart.
