Job Description

• Responsible for leading specific targeted product and/or process improvement efforts
• Will manage 5 direct reports (lab techs and operators)
• Will provide advisory support in the analysis and evaluation of production processes and practices from the standpoint of work simplification, value analysis, work stations and methodologies to improve processes to ensure customer design objectives are met

Key Requirements

• Process Engineering leadership experience
• Experience out of a melting or heat treating type of operation
• Materials testing and documentation experience
