Process Engineering Technician

Job Description:Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:Sustain factory operations including dispositioning lot holdsAssist with tool failures/interruptsAdjust process toolsInvestigate quality eventsDirectly assist the process engineering teamPartner with manufacturing and equipment technicians as needed to support area and factory operational goalsMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED requiredBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-taskAbility to self-adjust priorities over the course of the dayStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow written instructions for engineering experimentsExhibit strong teamwork in a fast-paced environmentCommitted to quality mindsetDemonstrated leadership capabilityMotivated by continuous improvement and improving operational efficiencyAbility to ascend/descend stairs and ramps and to push/pull wafer lots and cartsLifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 poundsPreferred Qualifications>2 years’ experience in a semiconductor cleanroomProficient with manufacturing automation systemsUnderstand basic SPC conceptsEducation:GED/High SchoolWork Experience:Non - ManagerPay Rate Type:HourlyEligible for Relocation: Eligible for Work Visa Sponsorship: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations; including but not limited to US Government International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), or US Treasury Regulations. If required, placement is contingent on Maxim’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
