Process Operator

Job Description

Our client is looking for 2 x Process Operators in Fife.

You will be the person responsible for the collaboration with the Control Room Technicians to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out both efficiently and above all safely.

You will be:

• Responsible for participation in the Operations Emergency Response
• Review planned maintenance work packages
• Ensure areas are safe to operate in and confirm all isolation requirements
• Review and endorse Work Permits
• Maintain accurate daily logs for shift handovers
• Ensure a high standard of housekeeping around the plant

Knowledge of:

• Large plant production and processes
• P&ID’s, PFD’s, UFD’s
• Reading shutdown logic diagrams
• The highest level of H&S procedures and practise

This is a standard 5 days on 2 days off weekly schedule with a minimum of 36 hours work

This is an initial 12 month contract to start ASAP
