The entity from Romania is currently seeking a Plant Process Engineer to design and calculate water/steam power plant systems and auxiliary components (e.g., pumps, heat exchangers, tanks, vessels, valves, piping etc.).. The team is involved in a wide range of different projects, both in Romania and internationally. Your function You develop piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for balance of plant systems (e.g., water/steam cycle, cooling water, fuel supply, auxiliaries) and ensure comprehensive analysis and documentation of relevant information. You apply design and calculation tools for comprehensive documentation. You size and select mechanical equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, control valves, compressors, vessels, tanks etc) You maintain organized records and documentation. You prepare process and system description (e.g system/plant operation start-up and shut-down concepts, safety philosophy operation. You prepare technical specifications and inquiry documentation. You evaluate customer specifications for alignment with project requirements. You offer support to I&C team. By case you support site activities during construction and commissioning phases. You proactively work towards deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Candidate’s profile Bachelor´s degree in the field of Engineering or other related field, preferably within the field of process engineering or renewable energy systems or other related field, Relevant experience in plant engineering. Good knowledge of piping engineering; Knowledge of design norms and regulations; Knowledge of English and French language is considered as a plus. Good communication skills. Knowledge of Thermoflow software is a plus. Knowledge of piping hydraulic software is a plus. Very good knowledge of MS Office package; Available for travelling, in Romania and abroad; Our offer We grow together with our employees.
