Process Safety & Risk Engineer Specialist - Loss prevention

We are hiring for an experienced Process Safety & Risk Engineer Specialist for a PERMANENT role with oil and gas operating company to be based in Doha, Qatar.

Requirements:

• B E (Chemical/ Mechanical / Safety with 8 years’ experience in Loss prevention and industrial safety.
• Preferably from O&G industry with 3 years’ experience at a supervisory level is mandatory
• Proven experience in process safety and risk assessment with lead hazard identification review (e.g., HAZOP, What-If, etc.) experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office, hazard identification software (PHAPro), consequence modelling software (e.g., PHAST), or other software (e.g., BowTie).
• This role involves coordination of Process Safety, Loss Prevention and Risk Management strategies, policies and procedures which are in compliance with emerging regulations, changing requirements, extended scope over all onshore and offshore assets including projects (both greenfield and brownfield).
