Collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments and regions, the Process Standardization and Harmonization Specialist will leverage their expertise in process management to design, document, and implement standardized procedures while identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of insurance business processes and a proven track record in process optimization. You are experienced with process modeling tools and methodologies (BPMN 2.0, MS Visio or similar). You have solid knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience (7+ years) in business process management and optimizationFluent/Advanced English is a mustStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProcess-oriented thinker with an interest in digital innovation and the efficiency of insurance operationsPlease note that this job vacancy is only suitable for employees currently residing in one of the countries in which we operate.
