Make It With Pride.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sites process optimization journey through focused loss analysis and loss eradication with strong emphasis on Global Efficiency, Raw and Pack Waste, Materials Usage Variance and Conversion Productivity.How you will contributeLead and support focused line efficiency and process optimisation projects to reduce total manufacturing conversion costLead and support focused loss analysis to across the end to end manufacturing process to reduce wasteDevelop and implement structured Focused Improvement (FI) loss elimination tools.Build capability in all teams to identify and eradicate losses, implementing standards to prevent recurrenceChampion the lean transformational change across the plant, including support functions, through coaching and influencing employees in ‘zero loss mindsetIdentify and establish Best-in-Class (BIC) manufacturing standards through internal/external benchmarking to drive priority setting for strategic objectivesFinding and executing productivity projects onsiteWhat you will bringStrong computer skills, including MS Office – excel, word, powerpointAdvanced math and analytical skillsStrong communication, teamwork and organisational skillsProven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA can do attitude and a passion for continuous learningBusiness Unit SummaryAt Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
