Job Title: Process Technician\n Location: Leeds\n Hours: 12 Hour Shifts, 2 days, 2 Nights, 4 Off\n Salary: From £28,000\n\nHRGO Recruitment is on the hunt for Process Technicians for our client based in Leeds. Our client is part of a global firm, manufacturing plastic packaging and supplying to a variety of major brands.\n\nWe are looking for individuals who are logical and real team players to ensure our client's fast paced production line goes smoothly.\n\nMain Responsibilities\n\nOperate, maintain, and optimise EBM & Injection Moulding machines on-site\nEnsure execution of the production schedule\nPerform both preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment as required\nCarry out production changeovers and start-up processes\nInspect finished products visually or via camera systems\nConduct routine quality checks\nFollow company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work-spaceExperience & Background\n\nMust have experience in a fast paced production facility\nExperience with Graham Wheel, EBM, or ISBM machines is \nStrong awareness of Health & Safety regulationsTechnical Skills\n\nExperience with tool changes and planned maintenance is a plus\nMechanical and electrical knowledge is advantageousPersonal Attributes\n\nStrong teamwork skills with a proactive and motivated mindset\nEnthusiastic and committed to delivering high-quality work, with strong communication at all levels\nWell-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently\nDependable, adaptable, and a strong communication
