Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee our clients supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely acquisition of quality products and services at competitive prices.


Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.

Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.

Manage inventory levels and oversee purchasing activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost savings.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate procurement records.


Qualifications of the Procurement Manager:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of procurement software and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with market research and sourcing strategies.
