Procurement Manager - IT& Indirects Generalist

You'll be developing and implementing joined-up, global sourcing strategies and solutions that incorporate the full contract life cycle across multiple spend categories, geographies, and business areas.

\n

The skills you'll need:

\n

To succeed in this role, you'll need commodity and procurement knowledge, across a variety of supply chain categories - primarily Tech/Software but also ideally other indirect corporate & business services and other products and services across the Group - with a demonstrable track record of success in implementation. You'll be educated to a degree level or equivalent, and you'll have experience of leading strategic and business critical supplier relationships and contracts to deliver sustainable improvements.

Prior experience in a financial services or a similar regulatory environment would be beneficial.

\n

You'll also demonstrate:

• A proven track record and experience with contract law and legal knowledge relevant to Sourcing & Procurement

\n

• Experience of applying supply chain skills and techniques to positively disrupt business strategy and outcomes

\n

• A proven track record in taking ownership for resolving issues within a procurement environment

\n

• C-Suite stakeholder engagement is a must

\n

• Experience of the end to end procurement life cycle, including strategy development, strategic sourcing, supplier selection processes, contract and commercial negotiation, onboarding and ongoing contract and supplier relationship management

\n

• Software Tech sourcing experience ideally

\n

• A proven track record of successful negotiation on complex and high value deals

\n

• Experience in cost, financial management and Agile ways of working
