Procurement Transformation Specialist | London/ Remote | Market Leading Procurement Consultancy
£90,000-£100,000 + bonus, great pension, 25 days holiday, private healthcare and flexible working - UK REMOTE with some travel to client site
Do you have a background of delivering procurement transformation of a department? Have you worked in a management consultancy environment? If you have done both then this role could be for you!! One of the UK’s fastest growing Procurement Management Consultancies are looking for a brand new Procurement Transformation Specialist to come in and lead client delivery and transformation.
The organisation is London based but totally flexible on where you are based across the UK with occasional travel to clients when needed. The role will develop strategic planning and delivering large scale transformation for the relevant sector/client areas.
What the role involves:
- Lead Procurement Transformation Initiatives: Drive major and complex change programs for clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Develop Evidence-Based Change Strategies: Create compelling visions for transformation supported by robust business cases, including detailed financial analysis and resource planning.
- Embed Robust Programme Management: Oversee transformation programs with a strong project management culture, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
- Build Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure commitment and support for successful change implementation.
- Ensure Governance and Innovation: Establish robust governance frameworks across all initiatives while leveraging innovative solutions to deliver the transformation vision effectively.
The person we hope to find:
- Experience of delivering Procurement Transformation within Consultancy environment is a must
- Experience within Transport/Rail or Public Sector Health is beneficial for this role
- Experience of Procurement Sector Regulations and Green Book business case methodology
- Demonstrates track record of developing, maintaining and managing client, senior stakeholder and supplier relationships.
- Demonstrates a track record of leading medium to large scale procurement transformations
- Will have worked in a complex and changing environment with demanding business objectives and in a highly competitive market sector.
- Degree educated/ CIPS qualified would be preferable
