Product Application Engineer

About the roleProduct application engineer responsibility for the product definition, verification and application. Ensure the product are well defined according to customer requirement and market trend. Perform verification test in both device and system level. Continuously improve user experience via customer document, reference design and trainings.What you will doProvide support to customers in all phases of the design process including evaluation, design-in and production. Provide support on usage of Nexperia IGBT discrete and module.Understand customer requests and participate to the new product enhancement (NPI Process)Provide support to Nexperia sale, marketing and FAE team for customer design in activitiesProviding help to R&D in the product development, product application validation, and system-level debug to ensure successful product design launch.build application / demos / drivers porting or developmentperform technical feasibility studies on key functionsReview Reference Manuals and Data Sheets and contribute to Developer guides or manuals.What you will needExperience with power electronic hardware design the testing.Experience using test equipment, design test program.Experience using software debugging tools to view and program processor registers will be a plus.Technical writing skills for creating application notes, white papers, and user’s guides / reference manuals.Working with the marketing, design, architecture, validation, and teams to write and develop design specifications for PCB reference design and validation board hardware for IGBT.Education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering to college or university level, better to have relevant experience. Proper understanding of Electrical / Electronic circuitsFluent in English.Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
