Are you ready to take your engineering expertise to the next level? We're looking for a driven and innovative engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) team, where you’ll play a key role in creating cutting-edge HVAC solutions for both residential and commercial markets.

In this role, you’ll lead projects from concept to launch, designing, developing, and optimizing products that meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency. You'll also have the opportunity to support and enhance existing product lines, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead on exciting new product development projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive projects through the full product lifecycle, from early design and testing through to production and market launch
• Use cutting-edge simulation tools and hands-on experimentation to design and optimise HVAC systems
• Ensure products meet rigorous qualification, regulatory, and testing standards
• Deliver detailed technical analysis backed by advanced modelling and simulation
• Produce high-quality designs with robust documentation and clear engineering rationale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Engage with external partners, vendors, customers, and field service teams to gather insights and drive product excellence
• Present your work confidently to both technical and business stakeholders
• Manage all associated documentation: bills of material, engineering drawings, product change notices, and more
• Interface with regulatory and certification bodies to ensure compliance
