Primary Responsibility:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our team. The Product Development Engineer will support the development of new products within a cross-functional team. This role is pivotal in the planning, execution, and completion of product research and development projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Design prototypes, develop test plans, and validate new product offerings
  • Assist with bench tests, field trials, product launches, and new product support activities
  • Create flowcharts, diagrams, test reports, service bulletins, and other documentation as needed to support development, training, and troubleshooting efforts
  • Create and maintain models and drawings of complex parts and assemblies
  • Data analysis and synthesis of emissions control test results

What Qualifies You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • 0-5 years of experience in a technical engineering role
  • Experience writing technical documentation and presentations
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong desire to learn, explore, problem solve, and troubleshoot
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to travel < 25%

  • 3D modeling and 2D drawings (SolidWorks )
  • Project management, product management, or program management
  • Sheet metal fabrication procedures such as cutting, forming, or welding
  • Reciprocating internal combustion engine design, operation, or application
  • Systems engineering, automation, mechatronics, or process controls
  • Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text, Python, MatLab, or LabView programming
  • Emission control technologies design, operation, or application
  • Chemistry or chemical process design, operation, or application
