In addition to designing seating products, you design reviews and develop prints for production and samples. Before sample products are shipped to our customers, you test and inspect each one. Your excellent communication skills are essential when you interact with suppliers and customers to discuss any product issues.Because you believe in constantly improving, you study and recommend techniques to improve existing products. By using innovative approaches, analyzing value, and reducing costs, you are successful in creating great products. You enjoy the opportunity to be creative as you lead product development from ideation to completion.QUALIFICATIONSAssociate's degree in engineering (Bachelor's degree is a plus!)CREO trainedWorking knowledge of CAD System (PC and PRO-E), FMEA/FEA, engineering test equipmentEngineering experience in a related field is preferred, but not required.
