Product Engineer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionI'm assisting a well-funded, established recruiting marketplace startup with their search for Product Engineers. The role will work onsite in their North Beach San Francisco office.What you'll do:

• Speak with customers of all sizes on a daily basis

• Design and build products from end to end that recruiters and customers love to use

• Work closely with recruiters to learn and develop tools to make them 10x more efficient

• Automate internal marketplace operations

• Build integrations that helps embed the product more deeply into existing systems

• Growth engineering (SEO, billing, signups, activations, etc)

Ideal candidate traits:

• Product-minded engineer who cares deeply about the customer and the business. High attention to detail in design and interaction to strive for an easy and delightful user experience.

• 2+ years of full-stack coding experience building products end-to-end and love owning a codebase top to bottom.

• You’ve either worked at early-stage startups and/or you’re a tinkerer-builder, often hacking products on your own or with friends.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Thrives from working with a team and has immense drive and passion towards the work you do.

• Bonus points if you have prior experience in the talent and recruiting space.
