We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Familiarize, evaluate, and prepare rack components for integration into sample/small quantity rack projects. Inspect received components for damage. Train on cabling standards by assembling prototype racks or assisting production, ensuring high-quality cabling. Ensure smooth production, troubleshoot issues, including R-Burn testing, packing, and shipping. Collaborate with Rack PMs on BOM creation, rack design, material prep, and SOP development during sample build projects. Enhance the quality and reliability of rack systems and products. Provide daily integration status updates to PGM and project members. Assist Rack PMs and Engineers in executing and verifying rack solutions. Conduct QA checks on every sample build and document with photos. Support on-site customer integration requests, domestically and internationally. Follow all safety rules and ensure ESD protection during rack integration. Submit a weekly status report summarizing activities to the Dept. Manager. Qualifications: Bachelor or above degree in a related field such as computer science, electrical engineering, or information technology. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Requires a knowledge of the server/data center market and IT domain. Proficiency in server system installation and cabling. Interest in problem-solving related to rack system issues. Track record of proactive work within deadlines and constraints, attention to detail, and strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
