REPORTS TO Manager Marketing & Operation
POSITION DETAILS JOB PURPOSE • marketing coordinators are expected to be creative individuals with fantasticcommunication skills and excellent time management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.• Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.• Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and designteams by coordinating and collating content.• Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate mediacoverage.• Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.• Develop and manage all internal communication systems.• Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all mediaavenues.• Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.• Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.• Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and othervisual aids for clients and management. REQUIRED SKILLS • Expertise in copy writing, creating power point presentations, handling Excel andWord documents and working with Outlook Express• Should be a good team player and ability to implement creative ideas with goodleadership qualities• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to maintain a healthy atmosphere in the team• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all kinds ofpeople• Ability to think critically and take necessary decisions for business• Effective project management skills and ability to meet the deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • 5 years’ experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • BS/MS degree in business administration or Marketing
