Share Tweet Product Manager - Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Minneapolis, Minnesota 25861BR Job Description The Product Manager role represents ESG/Sustainable and Impact investing products and industry expertise to clients, advisors and business partners. This acts as the central champion for Sustainable and Impact investing (ESG) for the Advice and Wealth Management (AWM) business by helping to handle communications, advisor support, results tracking, supervising competitive and consumer landscape along with coordinating a cross-organizational council. Responsibilities Analyze the competitive environment and give to evolve our ESG product strategyGather feedback regularly from clients and advisors on our ESG offering to understand new opportunities then present analysis to senior leadersOwn the coordination of a cross-organizational ESG governance councilProvide day-to-day management of ESG/sustainable and impact investing business, including engaging product partners and research teams, coordinating the creation of training, marketing, communications and tools, supporting advisors, supervising results and participating in cross organizational initiativesMaintain detailed knowledge of firm’s ESG offerings and resourcesPromote firm's ESG offering through developing marketing collateral, training sales teams and working across the organizationDrive improvements to the ESG business including data analytics, reporting, and positioning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience working with diverse teams of experts, preferably in Financial Services industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to establish strong, positive business relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSeries 7 or the ability to acquire within 120 days Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree or financial services certifications About Our Company At Ameriprise Financial, we’re not just in the business of helping clients with their financial goals – we also help our advisors and employees reach their true potential by embracing an inclusive and collaborative culture.
