Product Operations Manager, MigrationsWe have an exciting opportunity for a Product Operations Manager, Migrations with the top leading multimedia and creative software company in the world using cutting-edge tools and technologies, including industry-leading AI and creative software, empower millions of users to achieve their creative and business goals.
Targeting skilled Project Manager to assist in the coordination and execution of a complex account migration process. This role is crucial for the successful transition of accounts as they go through the following changes.
Responsibilities:
- Upgrade account versions, changing their user experience and offering new features and capabilities
- Transition the management of their users to utilize Adobe
- Change over to administering their users via the Adobe Admin Console
- Develop and implement detailed migration plans and timelines, customized to each customer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering teams, Customer Success Managers, and Customer Support.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the migration process, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the migration process.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing complex account migration projects
- Strong understanding of software versioning and administrative consoles, particularly the Adobe Admin Console.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Years of experience is less important than hands on experience managing large scale migration of some kind, but 2-5 years related experience .
Compensation:
- Up to $84.51 per hour.
