Product Reliability Engineer

Job DescriptionConducting reliability assessments and root cause analyses to enhance boiler products performanceMaking technical assessment for designed or purchased components in terms of reliability concerns Being able to understand and explain possible damage mechanisms act on boiler components/materialsDeveloping and executing comprehensive testing protocols for combustion solutions and designing reliability test proceduresPerforming reliability tests in laboratory and giving proposals for design improvementsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement design improvements.Preparing the specification of test machinePreparing the reports for tests and research studiesBeing able to understand physical damage mechanisms and failure effectsFollowing up projects as "reliability engineer" member (Product development projects, Cost-down projects, ECR projects, Problem solving sessions etc)QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.2+ years of proven experience in reliability engineering, preferably in combustion systems or boiler technology.Strong understanding of combustion principles and technologiesExperience with reliability engineering methodologies such as failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), FMECA, and root cause analysis (RCA)Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and statistical methods knowledgeProficiency in using reliability software and data analysis tools.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Advanced communication and presentation skills in EnglishAbility to work at laboratories
