We are seeking a skilled Production Assembly Lead / Tech to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, contributing directly to our mission of providing top-notch LED lighting solutions.

• Experience in engineering, technical support, or production assembly role is .
• Experience in electrical wiring is essential.
• Technical support whether directly or indirectly with customers
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Wiring Diagrams: create diagrams & assembly work instructions using Smart Draw or other software.
• Sample Mockups: first time mockups of new potential assembly builds.
• Bill of Material Creation: adding tested and approved BOM in NetSuite ERP system based on sample verification and testing.
• Inspection: help with inspection of builds to ensure that lighting products are assembled according to quality and safety standards. Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Fabricate and assemble LED lighting products according to specifications.
• Technical Support: assist sales & customer service support on questions regarding assembly and production items
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Schedule & Pay

• $27-33 Per Hour
• Monday- Friday
• Shift 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
