Job DescriptionJob DescriptionYoh has an immediate, 3 month contract opportunity for a Production Coordinator - Branded Entertainment within the Entertainment & Media Industry to join our client in a Hybrid role in New York City

  • $32/hr. max pay rate
  • 40 hours a week, Mon-Friday
  • 2+ years experience

The Branded Entertainment (BE) team oversees production of all linear content for Ad Sales that is co-branded, featuring network brands, shows and/or features network talent. They do so in collaboration with several internal & external teams including the network Brand Marketing and Show Production teams, Ad Sales Marketing, agencies & production companies.
The Branded Entertainment team is comprised of creatives, production managers & marketing leads working across all of the US Networks

What You Will Be Doing

  • Tracking new RFCPs (requests for proposals) in Airtable and Appian databases for assigned networks
  • Tracking new and delivered Creative Requests in Airtable and Appian for aforementioned networks.
  • Generating and archiving cut sheets
  • Providing meeting support; such as scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, organizing media, taking meeting notes, following up on action items.
  • Completing administrative tasks surrounding outsourced work; to include assisting in drafting contract requests, archiving executed agreements, onboarding new vendors, submitting purchase orders, tracking invoices in Airtable and following up on payments.
  • Providing support for internal and external edit sessions; including supplying billing codes, ensuring delivery specs are shared with external post partners, communicate delivery instructions, and QC-ing deliveries.
  • Communicating tech and delivery specs, scheduling tech calls if needed.
  • Helping draft and update internal pre-production book.
  • Creating and updating Talent Packets.
  • Assisting to book talent flight, lodging and ground transportation.
  • Assisting with final delivery of assets.
  • Archiving

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years experience
  • 4 Year Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Familiar with media production and post-production, ideally in an entertainment or marketing field.
  • Impeccable communication skills; and prefer to over-communicate rather than under-communicate.
  • Strengths include multitasking & thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a genuine interest in the creative process, what goes into getting that creative produced & how the marketing machine works. You get a thrill seeing ideas come to life.
  • Team player & self-starter who is eager to dive in, no matter the size of the task.
  • Familiar with commonly used media tools and files, such as Photoshop and Avid.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Technology does not intimidate you – you are comfortable learning new applications and software.
