Product & Process Mechanical Engineer – Menomonee Falls, WI

DirectPath's client, a global leader in driveline and ePowertrain technology, is seeking a hands-on Product & Process Mechanical Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot production equipment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work directly on machinery to ensure efficiency and quality.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment, including furnaces & conveyor systems
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality improvements
• Assist in operator training and process development
• Lead technical investigations and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose equipment issues
• Ability to read blueprints & use precision measuring tools
• CAD & PC software knowledge a plus
