We are looking for highly skilled Fabricators to join our team in Hillard, Ohio. These are great 1st shift position. Pay starting at 21/hr and going up depending on experience.
Must have metal fabrication experience.
Must have welding experience.

Position Summary
Under the direction of the R&D team and in collaboration with production management, a successful fabricator will use knowledge, experience, and skill to create high quality products that are celebrated for their craftsmanship.
The fabricator is a self-motivated individual who performs an array of prototyping, fabrication, assembly, and many other duties involved in creating custom products for unique projects and new product lines. These duties require attention to detail, quality, and creativity.
Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and job orders.

Identify potential improvements.

Effectively communicate suggestions or concerns.

Make regular and detailed quality checks.

Grind and clean parts for a cosmetic finish.

Keep work area clean and organized.

Operate shear, press brake, and other equipment as needed.

Assist production in between projects.

Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· At least ten years of fabrication experience required.
Physical Demands
· Stand, crouch, or kneel for extended periods, and lift up to 50lbs regularly.
Pay Details: 21.00 to 25.00 per hour
