Opportunity to grow into a Maintenance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining all facility equipment.
• Must have good mechanical ability, trace and repair electrical & mechanical problems and read blue prints.
• Perform production line change overs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Repair equipment according to work orders.
• Preventive Maintenance on equipment as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2-years working in a maintenance role performing machine repair work for electrical and mechanical problems.
• Able to take a pump motor apart, repair & replace parts as necessary.
• Must be able to cut and make hose pipes.
• Knowledge of Pump Motors, Mixing Tanks Motors, Dual Head filler, Compressors, Pallet Wrapper, etc.
• Perform basic safety procedures and checklists for Lock Out / Block Out, Hot Work Permits, Confined Space Entries, etc.
• Fresh candidates from Trade School will be considered.

Education:

• AA Diploma, Vocational College or HS Diploma

Equipment Used:

• Operate maintenance shop equipment, power tools and hand tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting, bending and moving upto 50 lbs

Qualities :

• Able to comprehend written instructions, read blueprints and perform basic math functions.
