We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our team in Tanzania for a 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal. We are looking for someone with experience in water systems and treatment to help us maintain our high standards and continue to grow.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to meet daily production targets.
• Plan and maintain an optimal workforce roster for maximum utilization.
• Ensure production processes comply with industry regulations and labor standards.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and production lines for functionality and quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Oversee the management of operational budgets and keep production costs within limits.
• Supervise and motivate production team members, fostering positive labor relations.
• Ensure a safe working environment, in compliance with safety regulations.
• Attend necessary meetings and communicate effectively with management and other departments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a production role within a packaged drinking water company or a similar industry.
• Strong general knowledge of production processes and operations.
• Proven experience in people’s management, including labor relations.
• Excellent managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an added advantage.
