Holmes Building Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Production Manager with expertise in commercial-grade door, frame, and hardware installations. Our projects are performed in educational, healthcare, retail, industrial, and hospitality environments, with materials including wood, aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, and FRP.

Your leadership will be vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our installation team and quoting process. By overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from quoting to completion—you will directly contribute to the success and profitability of Holmes Building Services, helping us deliver on our promise of high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the installation team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Manage the installation process from contract through completion and turnover.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring clear communication between the estimating and installation teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Implement quality control processes, conducting regular inspections of ongoing projects.
- Proactively address project roadblocks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in quoting processes, estimating project costs, and managing budgets.
- Experience with commercial-grade door, frame, and hardware installation as well as aluminum storefront construction.
- Knowledge of controlled demolition, DFH installation, layout, steel and wood framing, drywall, finishing, painting, welding, glazing, and caulking.
- A full complement of basic hand and power tools and a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a successful background check are mandatory.
