Production Operator

Location: Columbus, NE
Schedule: Rotating Night Shift (6 PM - 6 AM), 2-3-3-2 schedule
Pay Rate: $22.70/hr

Responsibilities:

• Achieve established production goals.
• Ensure the quality of all products produced.
• Perform designated quality checks.
• Function as part of a team.
• Process SAP and MES transactions for the department.
• Assist in the BDA process to identify root causes.
• Perform duties in accordance with GMP principles.
• Maintain compliance with all required document training.
• Operate safely each day, including the proper use of PPE.
• Operate production lines in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED OR 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

Skills & Experience:

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Regular and punctual attendance required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
