Production Operator
Job DescriptionJob Description
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining glass, metal, and plastic parts used in production. Operate hand and power tools, machinery, and test equipment while following safety and quality protocols. Conduct inspections, perform basic equipment setup, and assist in compliance investigations. Rotate between workstations and assist in maintaining production records. Use manufacturing systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, sanitize, and return production materials (glassware, plastic, metal parts).
- Assemble, package, label, and store production parts.
- Follow all safety procedures and complete required training.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Respond promptly to production area needs and escalate issues as necessary.
- Keep accurate documentation of work performed.
- Adapt to urgent requests and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in chemical or biological manufacturing .
