Job Title: Production Operator



Location: Milton Keynes

Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shifts

Pay Rate: £14.65 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Industry: Manufacturing – Plastic & Aluminium Extrusion



About the Company:



Our client is a well-established manufacturer specializing in plastic and aluminium extrusion, supplying high-quality components to industries across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join their team in Milton Keynes.



Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production lines, ensuring products meet quality and dimensional standards



*



Perform routine checks and report any equipment faults or quality issues



*



Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area in accordance with company standards



*



Package and label finished goods ready for dispatch



*



Record production data and complete basic documentation accurately



*



Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets



Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment



*



Problem-solving skills



*



Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions



*



Good communication and teamwork skills



*



Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift materials



*



Willingness to work permanent night shifts



Desirable:

Previous experience in a fast-paced production

Understanding of quality control processes

Strong work ethic and reliability
