Production Operator - 3 Shifts

We're hiring in the Arlington, TX area! We're looking to hire Production Operators to join our fast-growing team. This role will be tasked with setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines and equipment used in production lines.

Responsibilities:

• Problem-solving is a key element of this position.
• Effectively diagnose and treat machinery malfunctions.
• Adjust equipment so that it is operating at maximum efficiency.
• Operate computer-controlled machine tools.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong technical understanding and expertise.
• Be able to quickly and effectively diagnose and treat mechanical problems.
• Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands are important.
• Adhering to safe practices is a must for the health and well-being of the production operator as well as those they work with.
• Physical strength and stamina also factor into working with raw materials on a production floor.

Work Schedule:

• 1st shift: 8.00 am - 4.15 pm, M-F
• 2nd shift: 4.00 pm- 12.15 am, M-F
• 3rd shift: 12.00 am - 8.15 am, M-F
