Production Planner

Hales Group are thrilled to be working on behalf of our client who are seeking a Production Planner to join their growing team in Southwold. This newly created role, driven by business expansion, presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual who thrives on building strong relationships.

Duties will include:

• Keep track of stock levels to support a smooth production flow.

• Handle administrative tasks related to work orders and purchase orders.

• Maintain strong customer relationships by working closely with suppliers and clients.

• Adjust packaging and production schedules to align with business and customer requirements.

• Oversee material coordination to ensure everything is available for production.

• Arrange transportation and logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.



Experience and skills:

• IT experience, specifically Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.

• Ability to prioritise tasks

• Experience in data analysis of a supply & demand environment (desirable)

8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Permanent

£12.21 per hour
