Shift available:

  • 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F, and overtime when needed

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent previous experience required.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible planning AND scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Production Planning and/or Scheduling Manager role is required.
  • Demand planning experience is required.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Outlook experience required.
  • Strong MRP/ERP systems experience required, Radius ERP experience .
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Works well with other departments in communication of timelines, priorities and resolving ambiguous tasks/situations.

The Planning and Scheduling Manager role at Technipaq is hands-on and will be doing planning and scheduling as well as managing the scheduling team. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing master production schedule
  • Forecasting demand and setting production targets.
  • Ensuring capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Analyzing production data for process improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Creating detailed daily or weekly schedules.
  • Assigning tasks to specific resources (machines, personnel).
  • Monitoring production progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks or issues in the production process.
