Full Time: Monday - Thursday 6am – 6pm [48 hours] – 15 weeks or Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm [60 hours] – 12 weeks



Our client is an international manufacturer and distributer of polymers and resins for highly regulated and safety critical industries. Due to growth they are looking for Additional Production Process Operators on a full time, permanent basis.



This job involves ensuring all manufacturing processes align with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The role requires the production of products strictly following batch sheets and specifications, with prompt reporting of any deviations.



Employees are expected to perform necessary process adjustments as directed by laboratory staff and maintain thorough and timely documentation.



The position also includes actively reporting any incidents, participating in corrective and preventive actions, and carrying out forklift operator duties if licensed. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by company management, reflecting the need for flexibility and a proactive attitude in supporting broader operational goals.



Monitoring raw material levels, coordinating with supervisors regarding product readiness for warehouse transfer, and contributing to design or hazard reviews are also key functions. Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment is essential to uphold site standards and ensure efficient production.



This role would suit candidates from a chemical manufacturing background or similar environment. An FLT licence is needed for this role.
