Production Supervisor

North Star Company is a premium roll forming company based in Gardena, California. We are in search of a production supervisor to oversee operations at our facility. This is a hands-on job that requires most of your time spent on the plant floor assisting and directing your crew.

Responsibilities:

- overseeing the training of employees

- overseeing employee attendance

- improving productivity and quality

- providing insightful feedback regarding employee performance

- entering data into production control system

- troubleshooting production related issues

Requirements:

- background in metal processing and manufacturing (roll forming preferred)

- recommended bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field

- leadership capabilities/ ability to work well with others

- proficiency in Microsoft Office

- exceptional organization and planning ability

Salary:

In commensurate with skill and ability
