Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production Supervisor in the Bennettsville, South Carolina area.  This is a direct-hire, 1st shift position with a starting pay range is $50,000-60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform on the job training
• Work with safety team to provide a safe working environment
• Direct employees to complete the duties required within identified timeframes
• Manage time and attendance
• Oversee employee performance and disciplinary actions
• Enforce company's standard operating procedures

Experience Needed:

• At least 3 years of recent production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with quality & safety standards - Knowledge of AS/ISO standards highly desirable.
• Self-Motivated, Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
