Production Supervisor

This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are excited to be working in partnership with a successful manufacturing firm in the High Wycombe area.



They are currently seeking a hands-on and proactive Production Supervisor to join their friendly team. You will be supervising a team of two Senior Technicians to ensure high levels of productivity.



What You Be Doing …



* Ensure works orders are made available to the lines, and daily targets are achieved



* Manage staff 121s, holiday, absence, training etc.



* Recognise training and development needs and maintain records



* Encourage and champion Continuous Improvement



* Run meetings and team briefings daily



Who You Are …



* Experienced supervisor, ideally within a production or manufacturing setting



* Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines



* A problem solver who is committed to process improvement



* Happy to muck in and be hands on when needed
